Ingredients

  • 2 Sweet Potatoes Large size
  • 1/2 cup Milk

Instructions

  • Peel sweet potatoes and chop into 1-inch cubes.
  • Boil sweet potato until fork soft and tender (8-12 minutes).
  • Blend sweet potatoes with milk until smooth (or the desired consistency)
  • Transfer your puree to bowls for serving.

Notes

Use a slotted spoon to transfer the cooked sweet potato cubes to avoid an extra watery puree.
